Is this event free to attend?
Yes! Entry is FREE, although there is a suggested $5 parking fee.A variety of bands will perform throughout the day, and the music genres will include, Bluegrass, Rhythm and Blues, and Jazz music.
What forms pf payment are accepted?
Payment depends on each individual artist booth. The silent auction accepts cash or card. All three raffles are cash only.
What genre of music will be played?Will there be alcoholic beverages available?
Yes! Beer and wine are both $5 each.Will there be security at the event?
Yes, safety is a top priority! Policemen will be patrolling the grounds throughout the event, as well as our security crew.Will the Mt. St. Francis Gift Shop be open?
Although the facility will not be open to the public, our Gift Shop will have a booth set up outside, during the event. Be sure to stop by and check out a few of our newly added items!
Will there be access to restrooms?
There will be a total of six porta-potties, located in two different locations, for easy access to a restroom.
Will there be a first-aid booth incase of emergencies?
Yes, of course! We have two volunteer nurses that will be running our first-aid booth.
Does Mt. St. Francis provide vendors with access to electricity for their booths or food trucks?
No, we do not provide access to electricity. This is in the registration details, when first applying as a vendor. You must bring your own generators.
Can I bring my dog?
We strongly encourage guests to leave their pets at home. Thank you!
