Where the Journey Brings Us Back Home

Honor the Past. Celebrate the Present. Welcome Home. On Sunday, October 4, 2026, we invite all who have ever prayed, served, retreated, or found peace at Mount Saint Francis to return "home" for a day of community, gratitude, and blessing. This year’s Homecoming holds special spiritual significance: 2026 marks the 800th anniversary of the passing (Transitus) of St. Francis of Assisi into eternal life. As we mark eight centuries of his enduring legacy of peace, creation, and humility, we celebrate how that Franciscan spirit continues to thrive right here at the Mount. Come share memories, reconnect with dear friends, and honor the friars, staff, donors, and retreatants who have shaped decades of life-changing ministry. Schedule of Events
