Mount Saint Francis Center for Spirituality is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our kitchen team. We currently have two part-time positions available. If you are dependable, punctual, and work well in a team environment, we invite you to apply.

Open Positions

Line Cook — Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items for retreats and events

• Assist with meal service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Consistent and dependable attendance

Salad Prep / Dishwasher — Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare salads and basic food items

• Wash dishes and maintain a clean work area

• Assist with general kitchen tasks as needed

• Support daily kitchen operations

Qualifications:

• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized

• Comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks

• Reliable, with strong work habits

• Experience helpful but not required

Work Environment

Our kitchen supports the daily needs of retreats, programs, and events held at the Center. Shifts vary depending on retreat schedules, with a steady, team-focused atmosphere.
