Mount Saint Francis Center for Spirituality is seeking a creative, mission-driven Part-Time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help expand our visibility, communicate our mission, and promote our retreat center, programs, and nonprofit outreach nationwide. This position is ideal for someone with experience in social media marketing, community engagement, and digital communications who is passionate about meaningful work and connecting people with opportunities for spiritual growth, retreats, education, and service across diverse faith traditions.

Position Summary
The Part-Time Marketing & Communications Coordinator will help increase awareness of Mount Saint Francis Center for Spirituality by developing engaging content, expanding our online presence, promoting programs and events, and strengthening community outreach efforts. This role may be completed remotely with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms
Create and schedule engaging content and promotions
Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva
Promote retreats, workshops, Kids Camp, Mountfest, nonprofit initiatives, and special events
Assist in communicating the mission and offerings of Mount Saint Francis to broader audiences
Increase visibility and audience engagement through strategic marketing efforts
Assist with outreach to schools, community organizations, churches, and partner groups
Create newsletters, announcements, and marketing communications
Support promotion of fundraising initiatives and community events
Help maintain a consistent and welcoming online presence aligned with the mission of the organization
Qualifications
Experience with social media management and digital marketing
Proficiency in Canva and content creation tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with community engagement or nonprofit outreach preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Interest in spirituality, nonprofit work, retreat ministry, education, or interfaith engagement appreciated

Compensation: Approximately $22 - $25 per hour, based on experience
